Job summary

MathWorks offers a hybrid work model enabling time split between office and home across multiple European locations including NL. The role focuses on shaping RF systems development for customers in Aerospace, Defence, and Communications, especially 5G and RADAR, using MATLAB and Simulink.

You will collaborate with worldwide experts, work toward better RF component integration in system models, and contribute to technical sales and customer success initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience or equivalent.
• RF transceivers and antenna design experience (PAs, LNAs, phased arrays).
• Experience with RF measurements (Vector Network Analyzers, etc.) is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice to customers ensuring successful adoption of MathWorks RF solutions.
• Develop demonstration programs, application examples, and simulation models.
• Deliver presentations during customer meetings, calls, seminars and webinars.
• Establish an active EMEA-wide expert network through direct customer engagements.
• Support EMEA sales teams by analyzing customers’ requirements and guiding product evaluations.
• Identify new business areas by conducting market research and sharing feedback with development/marketing.
