Responsibilities
- Engage with engineers, software architects, physicists, and technical executives to discuss, understand, prioritize and document their technology needs.
- Lead and orchestrate technical projects demonstrating and implementing new technology.
- Raise awareness and promote the adoption of MathWorks solutions and services to address customer needs within the context of their technology roadmap.
- Help prioritize and define MathWorks solution roadmap in alignment with the customer’s, broadening and deepening adoption.
- Collaborate with development, sales, management, and marketing stakeholders to create and execute account development plans.
- Cultivate customer success and develop customer champions who advocate for MathWorks solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science or Applied Physics, with industry experience.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English (European Framework of Reference Level C1). Dutch language skills are a plus!
- Understanding of the semiconductor equipment industries and its technologies.
- Proven technical project management skills.
- Demonstrated hands‑on experience with MATLAB, Simulink, and preferably one of the programming languages C, C++, Python, or Java.
- Knowledge of modern software systems, including cloud computing, security, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Employment and Eligibility
- Authorized to work in the Netherlands.
- Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of professional work experience (or equivalent) required.
- Full‑time, Mid‑Senior level position.
