Qualifications

• Proven technical project management experience.
• Hands-on MATLAB/Simulink experience; coding in C/C++/Python/Java.
• Knowledge of cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Engage with engineers, software architects, physicists, and technical executives to discuss, understand, prioritize and document their technology needs.
• Lead and orchestrate technical projects demonstrating and implementing new technology.
• Raise awareness and promote the adoption of MathWorks solutions and services to address customer needs within the context of their technology roadmap.
• Help prioritize and define MathWorks solution roadmap in alignment with the customer’s, broadening and deepening adoption.
• Collaborate with development, sales, management, and marketing stakeholders to create and execute account development plans.
• Cultivate customer success and develop customer champions who advocate for MathWorks solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science or Applied Physics, with industry experience.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of English (European Framework of Reference Level C1). Dutch language skills are a plus!
• Understanding of the semiconductor equipment industries and its technologies.
• Proven technical project management skills.
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience with MATLAB, Simulink, and preferably one of the programming languages C, C++, Python, or Java.
• Knowledge of modern software systems, including cloud computing, security, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
