A recruitment agency for renewable energy in Amsterdam is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to build a personal client portfolio and perform end-to-end headhunting. Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 3 years of experience in recruitment. Strong communication skills in English and a dedication to the renewable energy sector are essential. Responsibilities

• Build and run your ‘own’ business within CGS.
• 360 Headhunting: from sourcing to placement.
• New Business Development to create your personal client portfolio.
• Pro-actively advise clients and manage relationships with hiring managers.
• Negotiate T&Cs, SLAs and RPOs.
• Business optimization to strengthen your relationships and upsell your services.
• Guiding your candidates through the entire application process.
• Buddy and pro-actively guide Junior consultants
