Job summary

VIA Logistics Professionals in Venlo seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead international 3PL implementations, site migrations, and warehouse start-ups. You will manage cross-functional teams, run workshops with Operations and IT, define requirements, and drive automation initiatives across Europe.

You will work in a PRINCE2-based framework with 5+ years in global logistics projects, strong English communication, and travel ~10–20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering & Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within an international 3PL environment.
• PRINCE2 certification or comparable project management qualification.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale and complex implementation projects.
• Experience with warehouse and logistics automation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, directors, and vice presidents.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% across Europe.

Job description

Are you ready to lead large-scale logistics transformation projects across Europe? As Senior Project Manager, you will drive complex 3PL implementations, including site migrations, warehouse start-ups, relocations, and automation projects. Working within a PRINCE2-based project management framework, you will take ownership of both project delivery and change management. Together with a team of project managers across Europe, you will collaborate with stakeholders from Operations, IT, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and senior leadership. This hybrid role is based in Venlo, with approximately 10-20% travel across Europe.

What will you do?
