Stroom Recruitment is seeking a Transportsupervisor in Venlo to coordinate daily outbound transport, lead a team of Traffic Employees, and ensure KPI targets. You will work in a shifted dayshift within an international logistics context, collaborating with carriers and internal departments to ensure reliable, end-to-end logistics.

The role requires experience in transport coordination, proficiency with Excel and SAP/ERP systems, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coördinate daily outbound transport planning and ensure KPIs and service levels are met.

• Manage and coordinate carriers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor transport flows and adjust planning as needed.
• Resolve operational issues, delays, shipment problems, and escalations.
• Monitor transport performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coach, motivate, and support your team to achieve strong performance.
• Ensure effective communication between Traffic, Operations, Customer Support and other departments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within transport operations.

For an international logistics organization, we are looking for a Transportsupervisor in Venlo. About the Role

As a Transportsupervisor, you are responsible for the daily coördination and performance of transport operations within the logistics department. You ensure that inbound and outbound shipments run smoothly, transport plans are executed efficiently, and KPIs and service levels are achieved. You combine operational responsibility with team leadership and stakeholder management. Throughout the day, you monitor transport flows, adjust planning where necessary, and resolve operational issues. You work closely with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure reliable and efficient logistics processes. You will lead a team of Traffic Employees and report directly to the Warehouse Manager. Together with Operations, Customer Support, and other stakeholders, you ensure smooth end-to-end logistics flows. The position is based on a shifted dayshift structure.

Pay range and compensation package

• A gross monthly salary between €2,607 and €3,900 based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on experience.
