Job summary

VIA Logistics (Netherlands) in Venlo seeks a Senior Project Manager 3PL to lead international projects across Europe, driving migrations, new setups and relocations with a focus on automation. You manage cross-functional teams and report to senior stakeholders, applying Prince2 principles.

You will base in the Venlo office three days a week with flexible remote work, travel 10–20% across Europe, and benefit from a comprehensive package including bonus opportunity, 24 vacation days, 8% holiday

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience as a Project Manager in international 3PL.
• Prince2 certified or equivalent; willing to develop further in this field.
• Strong English communication; able to interact with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial Engineering & Management or related field.
• Experience with automation in logistics or warehouse environments is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Europe 10–20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor projects in line with Prince2 methodology.
• Lead multidisciplinary international project teams through all phases.
• Facilitate workshops with clients, operations and IT to define requirements.
• Identify risks and issues and report progress to stakeholders.
• Develop training programmes to ensure sustainable process adoption.
• Drive automation opportunities within migrations and implementations.
