Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Program Manager Direct Current for Data Center (DC for DC) in Hengelo, Netherlands. This role will oversee Eaton’s data center electrical solution portfolio across EMEA, guaranteeing alignment across divisions for competitive offerings.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years in power systems or data center technology, strong program management skills, and proven experience with hyperscale customers.

This strategic position plays a key role in enhancing Eaton’s engagement with clients through integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in power systems, electrical infrastructure, or data center technology environments.
• Proven experience working with hyperscale and/or colocation data center customers.
• Prior experience in R&D, advanced engineering, systems engineering, or complex technical program leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DC for DC EMEA program covering Eaton’s full data center power value chain.
• Coordinate new product development roadmaps across multiple Eaton divisions.
• Ensure structured customer engagement throughout the product development lifecycle.

Excellent written and spoken English

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems Engineering

Master’s degree preferred
