Job summary

Eaton's EMEA Electrical Services seeks a senior manager to lead a team of Power Distribution engineers across the region, delivering commissioning and fault-finding support on strategic projects.

You will combine technical leadership with people management, driving safety, planning, and resource scheduling while supporting recruitment and engineering development. This is a high-impact role within a global organization that focuses on innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or relevant qualification.
• 10+ years of technical experience in power distribution, commissioning, or electrical services.
• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Strong background in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and field service operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of EMEA Power Distribution engineers across the region.
• Drive commissioning, fault finding, and technical execution while promoting safety culture.
• Support project planning and resource scheduling with Project Managers.
• Provide technical leadership for commissioning activities on major customer projects.
• Ensure effective utilization, training, and performance management of the team.
• Maintain high safety, quality, and compliance standards across activities.
• Oversee team administration including scheduling, expenses, holidays, and workforce planning.
• Identify training, certification, and competency development requirements.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new engineers.
• Foster collaboration across Power Distribution, Power Quality, and EPMS service teams.
