Super Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Player onboarding and activation efforts across Europe. You will partner with Marketing, Affiliate and Fraud/Risk to optimize conversion, activation time, and sign-up quality, while using data and experiments to drive product decisions.

The role requires at least 6+ years in product management, with a customer-focused mindset and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

6+ years of Product Management experience, collaborating with Engineering teams.
Customer-focused and data-driven approach to solving problems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-supported decisions.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of technology and agile methodologies.
Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to drive initiatives forward independently.
Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end onboarding performance, driving onboarding with a quality-over-quantity mindset.
Partner with Marketing and Affiliate teams to shape cost-efficient acquisition plans.
Collaborate with Fraud/Risk to calibrate onboarding checks and reduce fraudulent sign-ups.
Bring a strong growth and experimentation mindset with A/B testing, funnel analytics and hypothesis-driven iterations.
