Skydreams in Utrecht is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Moving24 to own growth levers across consumer and B2B experiences. You will lead experiments to improve lead quality, conversion, onboarding, and retention, working with growth marketing, BI, engineering, design, and CS management.

You’ll shape initiatives, define success metrics, and drive impactful bets in a data-driven, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, technology, or related field.
• Extensive Product Management experience with B2B/B2C or marketplace initiatives.
• Business acumen and understanding of revenue levers in marketplaces.
• Data literacy and ability to derive insights from analytics.
• Instrumentation thinking and ability to specify metrics and data needs.
• Technical awareness for credible conversations with engineering.
• Proven ability to design and run A/B tests and interpret results.
• Strong communication, ownership, and curiosity; adaptable to new domains.

Responsibilities

• Own growth levers for Moving24 on consumer and B2B sides.
• Identify revenue levers, run experiments, and ship improvements across the funnel.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, BI, Engineering, Product Design, and CS Management.
• Lead squad activities, shape-ups, and cadence to keep builds on time.
• Surface data signals and hypotheses to shape future bets with Head of Product.
