Job summary

Super is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Player product teams and drive onboarding, activation, and user growth across Europe and beyond.

You will work with engineering, marketing, and risk teams to optimize the onboarding journey, implement experimentation, and deliver high-value user experiences at scale within a fast-paced, global digital business.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with engineering teams.
• Customer-focused, data-driven problem solving.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Self-motivated with ability to drive initiatives independently.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding performance and optimize funnel.
• Partner with Marketing and Affiliate teams to shape acquisition plans.
• Collaborate with Fraud/Risk to calibrate onboarding checks.
• Demonstrate growth mindset with A/B testing and funnel analytics.
