Job summary

Super is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Player product team, driving onboarding activation and engaging our global audience. You will partner with Marketing, Fraud/Risk, and Engineering to design and deliver industry-leading experiences in a fast-moving, international environment.

The role emphasizes a growth mindset, data-driven decision making, and strong communication to align stakeholders and execute initiatives efficiently across Europe and beyond.

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager working closely with Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding performance and optimize funnel conversion and activation.
• Shape cost-efficient acquisition plans with Marketing and Affiliate teams.
• Collaborate with Fraud/Risk to calibrate onboarding checks and attract high-quality users.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join one of our Player product teams and help achieve our vision of providing unique and entertaining betting experiences to customers around the world. You will join the wider Product Management department, working with the best talent to design and deliver industry-leading products that drive customer and business value in our Player product vertical.

What The Role Involves

• Own end-to-end onboarding performance — drive the onboarding journey with a "quality over volume" mindset, continuously testing and optimizing conversion, drop-off, and time-to-activation across the funnel.
• Partner with Marketing and Affiliate teams to shape cost-efficient acquisition plans, using traffic quality signals (not just volume) as a core input to channel and partner optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Fraud/Risk to calibrate onboarding checks so the business attracts genuine, high-value users while minimizing low-quality or fraudulent sign-ups.
• Bring a strong growth and experimentation mindset (A/B testing, funnel analytics, hypothesis-driven iteration), ideally shaped by experience in a large B2C digital business focused on onboarding and activation.t
