Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Generalist Service Representative II to deliver hands-on technical service in the Netherlands. You will install, commission, and maintain customer systems, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and diagnose onsite issues with a strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

What will you do?
  • Install, commission, and maintain customer systems following established procedures to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance that maximizes equipment reliability and minimizes downtime
  • Diagnose and repair technical issues onsite with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions that drive service growth
