Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with a strong Lean/Six Sigma background.

The role emphasizes project leadership, risk assessment, and embedding changes within customer organizations to achieve sustained excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years in improvement and change management.
• Master Black Belt certification and experience with complex implementations.
• Experience coaching and training Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously set up, improve, and optimize production and business processes.
• Lead improvement projects for manufacturing clients and drive measurable results.
• Provide data driven insights to support decision making and cost reduction.
• Manage project planning, risk assessment, and realization of deliverables.
