You will lead cross-functional teams, translate requirements into actionable plans, monitor progress with clear governance, and build lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in technical business administration or mechanical engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and experience with complex implementations.
• Strong organizer with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale improvement programs across manufacturing environments.
• Translate requirements into actionable plans and oversee execution.
• Establish detailed project plans, milestones, and governance.
• Manage customer requirements, quality standards, and stakeholder relationships.
