When implementing process improvements, you consider essential preconditions such as safety, quality delivery reliability, and costs. In co-operation with stakeholders, you will (re)design processes necessary for the correct execution of the production process. Ultimately, your work contributes to achieving optimal production output, with a strong focus on increasing efficiency, ensuring quality, and reducing cost. You will take lead in improvement initiatives, ensuring that solutions are based on real production data.

What do we expect from you?
  • You have a (technical) master’s degree, preferably a strong affinity with manufacturing, engineering and data.
  • 1-5 Years of experience in a relevant technical environment (high-tech, automotive).
