Job summary

Pacific International Executive Search partners with a world-leading food processing company to recruit a Lean Resident Expert in the Netherlands. This role focuses on defining and implementing standards across functions, optimizing processes, and boosting efficiency at flagship sites and competence centers.

You will assess site potential, drive improvements in production, logistics, safety and workforce management, and lead Lean and Six-Sigma initiatives to elevate performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience with Lean tools and techniques.
• Lean/Opex experience; Blackbelt/Greenbelt a plus.
• Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Highlights and develops business-improvement opportunities across Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery.
• Coordinate and implement best-practice Lean solutions based on Lean principles and Lean methods.
• Using Lean and Six-Sigma tools and principles such as: process mapping, kaizen events, value-stream mapping, SMED, Poka-yoke, FMEA, C&E analysis, 5S etc.
• Partners with plant’s general manager, process managers and shift managers (in the operation) to plan and execute operational and tactical improvements.
