Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES in Oss, Netherlands seeks an Operational Excellence Engineer to drive new processes and measurable improvements across operations, blending hands-on investigations with project leadership and Lean Six Sigma principles.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage CAPA, and embed data-driven change across production and support functions, delivering sustainable performance gains in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in process engineering and process improvement in operations.
• Proven problem solving, investigations, and CAPA experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support process and product transfers, embedding new ways of working.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional investigations on issues and performance gaps.
• Define, coordinate, and follow up CAPA to prevent recurrence.
• Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
• Initiate and coordinate improvements to processes, systems and behaviors.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to drive data-based decisions and improvements.
• Lead improvement projects, Kaizen activities, and coach stakeholders.
• Work independently with moderate direction and partner with multiple stakeholders.
