Job summary

Nobleo Manufacturing seeks a Supply Chain Engineer to drive process improvements across diverse customer projects. You will lead logistics optimisation, liaise with suppliers and customers, and implement efficient supply chain solutions in high-tech environments.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years experience, and are fluent in Dutch and English, with hands-on problem-solving and a Lean Six Sigma mindset. The role emphasizes collaboration and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar.
• 3–5 years of experience in a relevant technical environment (high-tech/ automotive).
• Experience with ERP systems, PLM systems, and project management tools.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred).
• Hands-on and go-getter attitude with strong collaboration between customers and suppliers.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical, accurate and flexible.
• Interest in Supplier Quality methodologies and tools in high-tech systems and automotive.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain projects for customers focusing on process improvements, quality, and cost reduction.
• Analyse production logistics processes and improve efficiency.
• Facilitate introduction of new products and engage with suppliers and customers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with technical, logistical, and financial specifications.
