Are you a Project manager who has been responsible for various projects on a large scale for setting up and optimizing the manufacturing process, considering budget, scheduling, and quality of deliverables in a technical environment? We would like to get in touch with you!

As a Project Manager at Nobleo Manufacturing, you are accountable for improvement projects and/or programs compromising (multiple) projects across various industries and companies. You serve as a strategic partner for our customers in the field of Audit & Improve, industrialization and manufacturing intelligence, ensuring in time delivery by your team while maintaining the quality of the deliverables.

Role and responsibilities

As a strategic partner for our customers in the areas audit & improve, industrialization and manufacturing intelligence. You are accountable for executing one substantial or multiple smaller manufacturing projects.

Together with your team(s), you effectively translate the required project outcomes into a suitable action plan and actively oversee the plans’ execution.

You proactively take the lead in projects by establishing, managing, and closely monitoring:

• Detailed project planning including deliverables and milestones;
• Customer requirements;
• Quality standards.

You will have regular meetings with project leads regarding the status of ongoing projects and provide guidance and adjustments when necessary. By using project management tools, you ensure that all parties have access to the correct information and fulfil their commitments. Maintaining relationships with existing customers and remaining attuned to potential involvement in new projects. You will actively seek to expand the partnership by applying account management techniques to your customer interactions and identifying additional business opportunities.

What do we expect from you?

• You have a bachelor / master’s degree in the field of technical business administration, mechanical engineering.
• You have a minimum of 10 years of relevant project management experience.
• Ideally, you have a strong affinity for production and engineering environments.
• You are a strong organizer who is not only analytical but also works systematically.
• You are at least Lean Six Sigma greenbelt certified and have extensive experience with complex implementation projects.
• Your background includes project management experience in which you can take on a coaching role, is advantageous.
• You have analytical and problem-solving skills.
• An initiative-taking individual who excels in bringing stakeholders together in working together at various personnel levels.
• Strong social and communication skills.
• Decisive character.
• You easily navigate between the customer, your team, and other stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• You are quality-conscious and enjoy contributing to improvement processes, both internally and with customers.
