Senior Business Consultant/Business Process Lead

We’re looking for a Senior Business Consultant / Business Process Lead, to play a key role in a large-scale service and process transformation.

This role sits at the heart of a multi-year change programme, focused on future-proofing services, simplifying and standardising processes, and guiding the transition away from legacy systems. You’ll operate at a strategic level, bringing coherence across services, processes, organisation and application support.

About the role

• 38 hours per week
• Lead and shape business process design and optimisation across a complex organisation
• Translate internal and external developments into strategic alternatives, scenarios and solutions
• Apply and embed BPM principles to drive simplification, standardisation and manageability
• Guide and coach process designers and business consultants
• Ensure alignment between services, processes, organisational structure and supporting systems
• Operate within a SAFe / Agile environment, working closely with multiple stakeholders
• Contribute to portfolio roadmaps, value cases and target operating models
• Act as a senior advisor to management and decision-makers

About you

• 5+ years’ experience in BPM, process optimisation and consultancy
• Strong hands‑on experience with BPM methodologies and tooling (e.g. BPMN, Lean Six Sigma)
• Proven experience applying structured process and service frameworks in complex organisations
• Comfortable coaching and guiding teams towards simpler, more standardised processes
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
• Solid understanding of process‑supporting systems (e.g. CRM / case management platforms)
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to bridge business and technology
• Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset
