Job summary

Monex Europe, a specialist in FX and international payments, seeks a Senior Executive to own a revenue book for the Italian market. You will originate and close new business with Italian-speaking corporates and institutions, manage your pipeline end-to-end, and mentor junior colleagues.

You will report to the Head of Desk and collaborate with Dealing, Compliance, Credit & Risk, Operations and Marketing across Amsterdam, London, and Madrid as the desk grows.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory; English is the working language across Monex Europe.
• Approximately 5–7 years' experience in FX, international payments or financial markets sales, with a proven track record of revenue delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue performance and hit targets weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Originate new business in the Italian market through outbound activity and referrals.
• Lead commercial negotiations with clients, maintaining margin discipline.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of Italian-speaking corporate and institutional clients.
• Provide mentoring and share best practices with junior colleagues.
