Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Science, or Controls Technology
• Experience with PLC programming, preferably using Siemens TIA Portal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%
• Professional proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and program PLC software based on project specifications
• Work closely with project leaders, integration managers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality control solutions
• Perform testing, debugging, and validation activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Commission and optimize PLC systems at customer sites worldwide
• Integrate PLC software into the overall control architecture
• Support customer acceptance testing and ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor project planning, milestones, and budgets, proactively addressing risks and challenges
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing lessons learned and best practices
