Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Senior Controls Project Engineer to design and implement PLC control software for complex material handling systems. You will work from engineering to on-site commissioning in an international, multidisciplinary environment.

The role requires PLC programming experience (preferably Siemens TIA Portal), strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% with professional English. Hybrid work arrangement and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Analytical and hands-on engineer with technical problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technical field.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.

• Design, develop, and program PLC software for complex material handling systems.
• Collaborate with project leaders and engineering teams to deliver high-quality control solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, and validation throughout the project lifecycle.
