Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Customer Success Senior Platform Architect in the Amsterdam area, offering an advisory role to establish a technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform. You will guide customers, partners, and teams on governance, data, integrations, and long-term health of the platform.

You will collaborate with executives, enterprise architects, and development teams to design architectures that scale with digital transformation initiatives across EMEA.

Qualifications

• AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• 8+ years progressive experience in a professional services (SaaS) organization or equivalent
• Management consulting experience
• Proven ability to move complex issues through analysis and resolution
• Industry domain expertise
• Large program experience leading architecture and design
• Cloud application technology experience
• Right to work in country
• Fluent in English and Dutch (preferable)

Responsibilities

• Work with customer executives, platform owners, enterprise architects and development teams during selling, structuring and implementation of solutions.
• Be an architectural advisor across multiple engagements to guide customers, partners and internal teams to successful solutions.
• Provide architectural knowledge across multiple workflows.
• Develop relationships with CoEI and business leaders to understand ServiceNow's role in digital transformation.
• Translate goals into customer roadmaps and outcomes.
• Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints for complex goals.
• Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the platform standard integrated with core applications.
• Manage technical governance and a delivery operating model and governance.
• Ensure instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning to leading practices.
