Job summary

Atos is seeking an exceptional AI platforms & Agentic solutions Product Manager for ServiceNow in the Netherlands. You will lead strategy, productization, and commercialization of AI-powered offerings, accelerating enterprise transformation built on ServiceNow and broader AI ecosystems.

You will identify opportunities where AI, automation, workflows, data, integrations, and experience design create scalable customer value, while developing reusable IP that differentiates Atos in the market.

Qualifications

8+ years of Product Management, Offering Management, or related experience.
Experience launching and scaling enterprise products and offerings.
Strong collaboration across Engineering, Design, Delivery, GTM, and stakeholders.
Experience with AI-powered products, Agentic AI, or enterprise AI platforms.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered offerings and platform capabilities.
Identify opportunities and convert them into commercially viable products.
Develop industry-specific solutions and reusable intellectual property.
Drive prioritization and investment based on customer value and business impact.
Think in platforms and reusable capabilities rather than individual features.
Balance near-term outcomes with long-term platform differentiation.
Productize innovation into repeatable offerings with measurable outcomes.
Partner with Sales, GTM, Alliances, and Delivery to develop value propositions.
