Job summary

Mansource UK Ltd. is seeking a Profile Supervisor Piping/Mechanical with about 10 years of hands-on experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Furnace projects. You will oversee piping and mechanical system installation, lead a multidisciplinary team, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery across varied projects.

You will coordinate material orders, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and drive project success in dynamic environments while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Education in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• About 10 years experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery and Furnace projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, challenging environments.
• Experience with project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and construction of piping and mechanical systems for Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Furnace projects.
• Ensure that work is performed safely, within the field, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and manage a team of multidisciplinary engineers who are also involved in the project.
• Manage the ordering and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Interact with clients and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with clients, contractors and subcontractors.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
