Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Lead to deliver complex HVAC, utilities and piping on major projects. You will provide technical and managerial leadership, guiding design, installation, testing and commissioning to meet programme, budget and regulatory requirements.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, coordinate with clients and regulators, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across mechanical delivery from design through turnover.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or building services.
• Experience leading mechanical delivery on Tier 1 projects.
• Valid Safe Pass and health and safety training.
• Strong leadership and communication across disciplines.
• Knowledge of GMP or regulated sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical function and oversee delivery of HVAC, utilities, and piping.
• Ensure delivery aligns with programme, cost, safety and quality.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers, supervisors and subs.
• Oversee design reviews, FATs, SATs and system turnover.
