Mansource is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor for on-site refinery projects in Rotterdam. You will supervise contractors, ensure safe and compliant execution of E&I activities, and coordinate with project teams and site personnel.
The role emphasizes safeguarding workers, overseeing permit-to-work procedures, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety on site in a demanding petrochemical environment.
Competenze
- Proven experience as an E&I Supervisor in petrochemical/oil & gas
- Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation installations, modifications and maintenance
- Experience supervising contractors in an industrial plant environment
- Good understanding of HSE requirements, work permits and toolbox talks
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and ensure safe execution of site activities

- Supervise and coordinate contractors carrying out E&I activities on site
- Monitor work progress, quality and safety and ensure compliance with regulations
- Ensure compliance with permit-to-work and site safety procedures
- Review and coordinate work permits and conduct toolbox talks
- Carry out site inspections and enforce safe working practices
- Coordinate daily activities with other disciplines and site teams
- Identify risks and resolve site-related issues for proper execution of work
