Job summary

Energy Rigging Ltd. in Rotterdam is recruiting experienced construction management and piping supervision professionals for an industrial project.

You will lead daily execution of mechanical and piping construction works, coordinating supervisors and subcontractors to deliver safely and on schedule. The assignment is approximately six months with ASAP start, and accommodation and local transport are provided by the client.

Qualifications

• Proven construction management experience on refinery, petrochemical or complex process-plant projects.
• Strong experience delivering mechanical and piping installation packages.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple work fronts.
• Good understanding of construction planning, safety and quality control.
• Relevant engineering or technical qualifications, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Professional spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily and upcoming construction activities.
• Align subcontractors, supervisors, labour and equipment with site priorities.
• Monitor installation progress and report delays or resource constraints.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, construction and quality teams.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, procedures and quality requirements.
• Support testing readiness, mechanical completion and punch-list closure.
