Job summary

Ecochain seeks a Senior Financial Operations Specialist to own the financial administration end-to-end, including AR, AP, and month-end close. You’ll work directly with the Financial Controller, owning the domain and delivering accurate, timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Must own full-cycle financial administration with external accountant.
• Experience with cloud accounting platforms (Exact, AFAS, NetSuite) and Excel.
• Experience with B2B invoicing to international customers across multiple currencies.
• SaaS/scale-up experience with recurring billing, proration, upgrades, monthly-to-annual conversions.
• Audit or due-diligence process experience in administration.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts receivable end-to-end (billing, invoicing, credit management, AR aging).
• Run collections, contact customers professionally to resolve past-due balances.
• Manage accounts payable pipeline (inbound, routing, submission to external accountant).
• Prepare weekly payment batches for approval and monitor unpaid items.
• Code invoices to correct GL accounts and cost centers.
• Prepare routine monthly journal entries and perform balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Review P&L lines for correct period allocation.
• Maintain audit-ready administration and support the Financial Controller on ad-hoc projects.
