Job summary

Gisou by Negin Mirsalehi is seeking a Finance Specialist to manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and strengthen financial control processes. You will support month-end close, VAT compliance, and audit readiness while driving process improvements across Order-to-Cash.

The role requires a strong accounting foundation, ERP proficiency, and excellent stakeholder management. You will work in a hybrid setup with occasional collaboration across international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in AR, AP, and general accounting functions.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, VAT compliance, and month-end close.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, cash application, and collections.
• Monitor outstanding customer balances and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Allocate incoming customer payments and reconcile accounts across multiple banks and currencies.
• Investigate payment discrepancies, disputes, short payments, and unapplied cash.
• Issue credit notes and maintain accurate customer balances.
• Support credit control activities and cash collection targets.
