Job summary

Jobgether SRL is hiring an HR Business Partner or HR Director for a core business unit, based in the Netherlands. You will partner with international teams to align people strategies with business goals, oversee the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, engagement, retention, and HR processes in a remote-first environment.

You will drive workforce effectiveness, manage staffing, onboarding, development, and performance management, and apply HR analytics to support decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of successful experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Director role within an international digital, IT, or product company.
• Experience managing core employee lifecycle processes: hiring, onboarding, training & development, succession planning, termination, and performance evaluation.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision-making in HR.
• Excellent business acumen with a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR effectiveness across the core business unit by aligning workforce management, employee development, and engagement initiatives with business priorities.
• Partner with managers to ensure right people in the right roles, HR processes are implemented consistently, and employees remain motivated.
• Manage workforce planning and staffing levels, onboarding, training, development, and performance management.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes with compliance to regulations.
• Monitor HR metrics and use analytics to improve turnover, engagement, and efficiency.
