Job summary

Allergan is looking for a Payroll Specialist to handle payroll transactions and support pre-payroll activities within Belgium. The successful candidate will partner with internal stakeholders, manage payroll processing, and resolve any transaction errors.

The role requires strong payroll operational experience and working knowledge of Belgian payroll rules while offering the flexibility of remote work across Europe. Effective communication in English and French along with strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of payroll operational experience in Belgian payroll.
• Ability to apply payroll rules in practice for regular situations.
• Experience integrating with 3rd party applications.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and resolve payroll transaction errors.
• Review and validate payroll files and reports.
• Manage Year-End Payroll processing activities.
