As International Payroll Specialist, you will manage and coordinate multi-country payroll activities across the EMEA region. You will work closely with HR, Finance, external payroll providers, and subject matter experts to deliver seamless payroll services while ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies. Beyond day-to-day payroll execution, you'll play an active role in improving processes, driving standardization, and supporting transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
