Applied Medical is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join the European Payroll team in Amersfoort. You will ensure accurate monthly payroll for multiple entities, coordinating with external providers and the HR Administration team, while preparing journal entries and supporting process improvements.

The role requires end-to-end payroll experience, strong Excel skills, English fluency, and familiarity with SAP or similar HR systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience and education (PDL) in processing payrolls end-to-end.
• Accounting background welcome with interest in payroll.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.
• Solid knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with SAP (or another HR module) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll with local partners.
• Answer payroll related questions from team members.
• Collaborate with HR Administration on payroll changes.
• Perform administration for (social) insurance and legislative requirements.
• Deliver documents and reports for audit requests.
