Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health MVH Europe is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across Belgium, Netherlands and France, based in Amsterdam. You will drive accurate and compliant payroll delivery for colleagues and partner with external providers.

In this role you will lead readiness for a major payroll transformation, coordinate testing, parallel runs and reconciliations, and develop governance and controls to ensure operational excellence across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Proven payroll management experience across BeNeFra region.
• Strong knowledge of statutory payroll regulations and reporting obligations.
• Experience with global payroll providers or large-scale platforms; implementation experience desirable.
• Experience with payroll testing, parallel runs, reconciliations, and change projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll operations across BeNeFra regions (Belgium, Netherlands, France).
• Lead readiness, testing, parallel runs and reconciliations during payroll transformation.
• Develop controls, runbooks and governance to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll and external providers across multiple countries.
