DEPT® is a Growth Invention company delivering digital experiences for top brands from its Rotterdam base. We are looking for a leader to steer paid social, align with creative, tech and data teams, and deliver measurable client ROI.

You will guide strategists, manage complex campaigns, and influence across departments while maintaining the highest standards. Hybrid work with international collaboration is offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive paid social experience with strong campaign leadership.
• Experience managing complex campaigns and measurement solutions (tracking, attribution, lift, incrementality).
• Strong knowledge of digital media, especially paid social across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and others.

Responsabilités

• Develop long-term paid social strategies and tactical plans for existing clients and pitches.
• Oversee reporting and identify new opportunities from results.
• Lead and present work with data-driven insight and analytics.
• Support planners in delivery of paid planning and client work.
