Job summary

DEPT® is a Growth Invention company delivering digital experiences across Brand & Media, Experience, Commerce, CRM, and Technology & Data. The Paid Social Specialist role sits within our Creative & Media team in Rotterdam and Amsterdam, requiring proactivity and a passion for paid social.

You will develop and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, analyze performance, run A/B tests, and work with cross-functional teams to meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Have at least 3 years of hands-on paid social project experience.
• Experience managing campaign budgets above 100K.
• Proficiency in Dutch is a must.
• Ability to analyze results with Excel, Pivot and platform data.
• Familiarity with testing like incrementality studies, brand or search lift studies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, set-up and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights for clients.
• Design and run A/B tests to optimize performance.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize for client satisfaction.
• Manage budgets and prepare paid social forecasts and media plans.
• Identify target audiences for effective ad targeting.
• Collaborate with design teams to create compelling visuals for ads.
• Implement conversion tracking with data teams (pixels/tags).
