Job summary

DEPT is seeking a Senior Paid Social Specialist for our Creative & Media team in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. You will drive planning, setup, and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more, while advising clients and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

As a key client contact, you’ll manage budgets, build roadmaps, and deliver clear performance reports. Dutch language skills are a plus, with a flexible hybrid policy and opportunities for growth within a

Qualifications

• Extensive planning, setup and reporting of diverse Paid Social campaigns.
• Strong ability to plan, optimize and report across multiple platforms.
• Clear briefs, excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Hands-on experience with cross-channel budgets and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Dutch is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult clients on Paid Social topics from technical to strategic.
• Plan, set up and optimize campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, others.
• Allocate budgets, prepare forecasts and media plans.
• Analyze data and deliver actionable client insights.
