Job summary

DEPT® is a Growth Invention company blending technology and marketing. The Creative & Media team in Rotterdam/Amsterdam leads paid social with strong collaboration with creative, tech, and data.

You will guide strategic paid social direction, support planners, and drive innovative, ROI-focused work for ambitious brands. You’ll work in a hybrid model (2-3 days from the office) with opportunities to travel, plan, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and more.

Qualifications

• Extensive paid social experience with a focus on ROI and measurement.
• Strong ability to translate client briefs into strategic paid social plans.
• Excellent data-driven storytelling and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term paid social strategies and tactical plans for existing clients.
• Serve as strategic client partner with consultative guidance.
• Oversee reporting and identify new opportunities from results.
• Recommend and implement measurement solutions for clients.
• Coordinate briefs and deliver data-driven work with analytics.
