Suitsupply is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to own the strategy and execution of paid social and paid search across EMEA and US. You will lead AI-driven campaigns, manage budgets for ROAS/CPA, and drive testing, attribution, and creative localization with cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate across time zones, partner with brand and design teams, and shape the future of performance marketing in a hands-on, global role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paid media experience with hands-on ownership of paid social and paid search.
• Experience in multi-region or global accounts (EMEA and/or US) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media strategy for Meta and Google across EMEA and US using AI agents.
• Direct campaign execution with goals, budgets, and guardrails; manual override as needed.
• Manage budgets with accountability for ROAS and CPA across regions.
• Lead creative asset planning and localization across formats, platforms, and regions.
• Run continuous creative testing cadence across formats, hooks, and messaging.
• Design and own incrementality testing framework using holdouts and geo-lifts.
• Own multi-touch attribution tooling to inform budget allocation.
• Lead creative discussions to align with brand guidelines and goals.
• Coordinate across time zones with US-based stakeholders and agencies.
