Job summary

All Response Media in Amsterdam is seeking a Digital Media Manager to shape strategy across paid channels and drive performance for client portfolios. You will work closely with the Board Directors and Business Directors, building a dynamic team and owning relationships with key clients.

The role spans Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display & Video, and Audio, with responsibility for data-driven planning, budget management, and industry-leading results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in a similar role with digital media channels.
• Strong relationships with clients and ability to own accounts.
• Strategic thinker with experience in senior-level client communications.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic direction for clients across multiple online media channels.
• Plan, buy and optimise media across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, DV360, Meta, The Trade Desk, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Lead the team and run client meetings, ensuring clear communication and results.
• Develop long-term client strategies and identify new business opportunities.
