Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Senior Paid Search (SEA) Consultant to join our Creative & Media team in Rotterdam or Amsterdam. This hybrid role blends strategy with hands-on optimization, leveraging data and AI to boost client performance.

You’ll lead campaigns, partner with cross-functional teams, and act as the POC for SEA projects, delivering compelling presentations and ensuring client objectives are met. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years creating, managing and optimizing paid search & shopping campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and optimize campaigns to meet client objectives.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data for optimization.
• Clear communication and presentation skills with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Spot client challenges with the team and drive solutions.
• Lean into automation and data, using AI to improve performance.
• Monitor campaigns, analyze data, and report metrics with recommendations.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies.
• Drive innovation in Paid Search with new approaches and methodologies.
• Present insights clearly in sales meetings and client workshops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
• Serve as the primary SEA contact for clients.
• Grow client value through upselling.
