• Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure the warehouse complies with all safety regulations and standards. Conduct safety training and audits.
• Coordination and Communication: Work closely with other departments, such as logistics and sales, to ensure smooth operations and timely shipments.
• Space Utilization: Optimize the layout and storage of the warehouse to maximize space and improve workflow.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and other key metrics.
