i3D.net is seeking a Technical Project Manager – Network Products in Rotterdam. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across product and engineering to define goals, manage milestones, and ensure high-quality delivery for network-oriented initiatives.

The role emphasizes coaching, stakeholder management, and disciplined product delivery in a hybrid work setup based in Rotterdam, with an EU work permit required. You will drive standards and impact across the Network Products program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or production experience guiding multidisciplinary teams of 10+ people.
• Experience with infrastructure, networking, or datacenters is a plus.
• Track record of shipping complex projects using agile or waterfall.
• Adaptive and people-centered communication style.
• Excellent stakeholder operator with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experienced coach who helps others reach discipline standards.
• EU work permit and location: hybrid role based in Rotterdam, legal eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Set direction with Product and Engineering to define goals, scope and timelines for products and initiatives.
• Lead the delivery engine: stand-ups, backlog refinements, sprint reviews, retrospectives and ensure milestones are met.
• Drive accountability and quality: keep commitments, track progress and maintain standards.
• Build and maintain production standards: roadmaps, milestone plans, requirements, tests and post-mortems.
• Manage resources and capacity: assess team capacity and address staffing gaps.
• Spot and mitigate risks early; surface issues and unblock teams.
• Improve cross-team communication: structure docs and lead workshops.
• Coach and develop producers to raise discipline maturity.
• Track performance: report velocity, effort and team efficiency to leadership.
