Job summary

i3D.net in Rotterdam is seeking a Senior Technical Producer for Network Products to lead production and delivery across complex infrastructure initiatives. You will partner with Product and Engineering to define goals, align teams and drive high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach producers, improve production standards, and manage risks while maintaining sustainable, collaborative workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or production experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of 10+ people.
• Experience with infrastructure, networking, or datacenters is a plus.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Define goals, scope and timelines with Product and Engineering.
• Lead stand-ups, backlog refinements, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Ensure commitments are clear, tracked and delivered with quality.
• Develop and maintain production standards and documentation.
• Manage resources and capacity; identify gaps and secure needed skills.
• Spot risks early and mitigate blockers to keep progress on track.
• Improve cross-team communication and run workshops to drive collaboration.
• Mentor and coach other producers to raise discipline standards.
• Track performance with metrics on velocity and team efficiency.
