Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in networking, IT, CS or related field.
Significant experience in network engineering, preferably ISP, telecom, cloud or gaming infra.
Experience leading, mentoring, or managing network engineers with people leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of network engineers across backbone, datacenter, automation, monitoring, and customer-facing projects.
Oversee day-to-day network operations, incidents, escalations, and customer-impacting issues with ownership and urgency.
Translate technical strategy into practical execution with architects and senior engineers.
Ensure monitoring using Kentik, Grafana; drive capacity planning and automation improvements.
Collaborate with product teams, support, infrastructure, and other engineering teams to align priorities and support customers.
