Job summary

i3D.net in Rotterdam is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager – Network Products to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering network product initiatives, including Network Automation and Monitoring, and anti-DDoS solutions.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to define goals, run stand-ups, manage backlogs, and ensure on-time, quality outcomes, while coaching producers and embedding production standards. A valid EU work permit is required, and this is a hybrid, Rotterdam-based role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management or production leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience coordinating technical projects and infrastructure work.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Ability to define goals, scope, and timelines with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile or waterfall delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Set direction with Product and Engineering: define goals, scope and timelines with product managers, leads, and SMEs.
• Run the delivery engine: lead stand-ups, backlog refinements, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Drive accountability and quality: ensure commitments are clear, tracked and delivered; maintain quality standards.
• Build and maintain production standards: shape roadmaps, milestone plans, requirement docs, test plans, risk registers, post-mortems and reporting.
• Manage resources and capacity: review team capacity and staffing gaps with discipline leaders to ensure delivery.
• Spot and mitigate risks early: manage dependencies and unblock teams before progress slows.
• Improve communication across teams: chair meetings, structure docs, and run workshops or trainings.
• Coach and develop producers: help them grow and apply production standards.
• Track performance and output: produce metrics on velocity, effort and team efficiency.
