Leidos in The Hague or Brussels seeks a Senior Business Development and Strategic Growth Consultant to expand NATO engagement, partnerships, and mission alignment. You will shape alliance-wide capabilities and position innovative solutions to pursue NATO acquisition activities.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 15+ years in international business development, capture management, or defense leadership, with NATO contract experience and NATO Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years in international business development, capture management, strategic growth, or defense leadership.
• Experience with NATO contract vehicles and procurement.
• Familiarity with NATO acquisition processes and pre-solicitation strategy.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a multi-year NATO growth strategy aligned to priorities.
• Identify whitespace opportunities in IT Modernization, Cloud, Cyber/Zero Trust, C2 and related areas.
• Engage customers early to shape acquisition constructs and position Leidos capabilities.
• Drive pipeline growth with measurable opportunities (> $75M focus).
• Lead capture shaping activities and apply disciplined qualification at gate reviews.
• Build executive relationships across NATO HQ, NCIA, ACT, ACO, and defense ministries.
